One week left on big airfare sale

The Southwest airline fare sale is still going on and it is good for the next week.  Every year the airline has a similar sale, but this year the cheap fares are good through mid August and the only blackout days are Friday and Sunday.  www.southwest.com

You have to buy the flights a couple weeks in advance but that’s no big deal.  When looking at fares check other airlines as well, even the majors will sometimes match or even undercut Southwest on some routes.

On international flights, prices are dropping and may not have already hit their low. Here’s a good place to check on fares: www.yapta.com. This site keeps track of historic data on airfares and hotels.  This is information you can use to try to “buy at the bottom.”
