If you have business with one of your professional advisors (attorney/stock broker/accountant), always call mid-morning, say 9:30 -10:00. That is when they are most likely to have time to talk. They have arrived at the office, read e-mail, put together their to-do list. If they are too busy to talk right then, no worries, because it is early in the day you make it on to their to-do list and you will hear back from them sooner rather than later. Most professionals like to return their calls on the day they are received. Because you called early your name is at the top of the list.

Finally, the report states 60% find it easier to locate “knowledge” on the Web than on internal systems. I used to ask this question when I spoke on social media and knowledge management and I never found a single audience member who said it was easier to find content within their organization than on the Web.

Assuming the camera is being held by a person and judging by the size of things in the background, I think it might be safe to say that the hatch is about one body-length above the ground.
