This is a financial disaster for the consumers when AT&T merger goes through with T-Mobile. At&T has always had a history and ways of maniupulating and taking over telephone and communication companies in the past and it is always a nightmare for the consumers worldwide, because the services will get poor and lousy and the prices will sky rocket worldwide for the consumers, because there will be one less big company to compete with, meaning T-Mobile selling out and giving in to pressures from At&T. As history has always indicated in the past and shows when AT&T takes over a company, they don't really care about the consumers, except how they can take over companies, like they did in the past when they bought Pacific Bell telephone company years ago, and the residential and commercial services got so bad, that some people just ran away from AT&T and took their businesses and services over to other companies. Ever since AT&T took over Pacific Bell, residential and commercial plans and rates went sky high, serives went down, AT&T performances and customer satisfaction went in the toilet, and there is no residential telephone company to really compete with AT&T now and they are really getting away with it, almost like robbing people every day, where this is a legal robbery globally. This is a really devastating news and a huge blow to the consumers worldwide. This merger is all about money, not providing better coverages and better pricing for the consumers. I feel that everyone should rise up and speak their mind and let every one know how badly this is going to affect every T-Mobile consumers worldwide for the worst. If you can pass on the message to others and spread the word how devastating this merger will be for T-Mobile consumers and post this message and your messages on the Facebook, Twitter and blog about this horrible news for the consumers. AT&T is a bully trying to do as many take overs as they can in the United States and all they do is to out source their services with other countries so they can profit worldwide. This is all about taking over the competitions, like T-Mobile who was a major threat to AT&T's existence and so they are to cause global take over by controlling and bullying other tough competitions, because AT&T's existence is unstable and the only way they can stay in business is to do competition take overs. This is nothing but a Global, competition, company take over assasination of T-Mobile.

I am a fairly new Tmobile customer of one year. I hate AT&T! I switched back to comcast for my internet and paid TV programing and paid twice as much for comcast service to do it. AT&T is that horrible! Customer services is a joke....their internet service is a joke! AT&T will do whatever it takes to increase their customer base while doing nothing to keep their infrastructure up to par with a growing customer base. They'll gain exclusive rights to top rated technology, throw consumers an initial "good deal" on service and saturate the market with false claims in their advertising....I guess its not false when they include service disclaimers in the fine print. Then, once they've got your time and money vested with them and a two year contract, they pull the rug out from underneath you! Example: the iphone. Great phone that everybody wants, crappy service. The reason for that crappy service? Well, AT&T is buying Tmobile because when AT&T implimented its strategy for increasing it's customer base it didn't buy enough radio bandwidth when the government auctioned it off. Put simply, AT&T sold, and is continuing to sell service that it cannot provide. They attempted to make an agreement with other cellphone companies to sell off the other companies "extra" radio bandwidth. The answer was "NO". So the purchasing of Tmobile is AT&Ts alternative. But best believe, AT&T will again sell more service than they have to actually, realistically offer. Just like their DSL. Verizon here I come!

AT&T is trying to reach achieve high rank and move on next level of industry and after buying T mobile they gain there target.

Your dynamic personality and can-do attitude will win out over many other competitors.

I'm happy about this. Although it reduces competition, AT&T has very cheap cell phone plans for all needs.
