You know there is gender and racial discrimination but did you know there is now discrimination against the unemployed. New ads looking for workers tell the jobless ‘don’t apply’. Talk about mean spirited. Why would they do that? Apparently these employers believe those without a job deserve it.

That is such a poor thing Due to this criteria unemployed person don't have any chance to employed.
Government should take some action to help them.

Great news:
Rep. Hank Johnson introduced a bill to ban discrimination against the unmeployed on Wed. If passed, the measure would give the unemployed protections under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
‘‘The Fair Employment Act of 2011’’ [HR1113] has 11 cosponsors, including Barbara Lee, Eleanor Holmes Norton, Yvette Clark, Keith Ellison, Raul Grijalva, Jim McDermott, Shelia Jackson-Lee, Ed Towns, Bennie Thompson and Charlie Rangel.
