That is such a poor thing Due to this criteria unemployed person don't have any chance to employed.
Government should take some action to help them.

Great news:
Rep. Hank Johnson introduced a bill to ban discrimination against the unmeployed on Wed. If passed, the measure would give the unemployed protections under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
‘‘The Fair Employment Act of 2011’’ [HR1113] has 11 cosponsors, including Barbara Lee, Eleanor Holmes Norton, Yvette Clark, Keith Ellison, Raul Grijalva, Jim McDermott, Shelia Jackson-Lee, Ed Towns, Bennie Thompson and Charlie Rangel.
