Vehicles are fetching record average prices of $30,748, up 6.9 percent from a year ago, according to the Detroit Free Press. Part of that increase is tied to consumers piling on the accessories, but there's more to it than that. Car manufacturers are making fewer cars and there are fewer dealerships selling them. Welcome to the new world where car buyers are in a seller’s market. A couple years back you could wander into a car dealer and get a great deal, now you must do your research.

If you own a timeshare the bad guys know it and you have a target on your back. There is a good chance you will get a phone call from an 'agent' saying they have a buyer for your timeshare. If you are interested they will send you a contract. What you get in the mail is a contract but also a bilk for the 'agents' time. All you need to do is hand over your credit card number. If you fall for this con, the 'agent' will charge your card and you'll never hear from them again. Posted here later today, what your timeshare is really worth.

Rent Vine is a web site for offering/finding rental units in cities across the country. Because they can aggregate that information, they do and have come up with very specific rents of units across the country; A 2 bedroom condo rents in Boise for $731.
