More proof the economy is on shaky ground

Bankrate.com has been taking a hard look at the economic numbers and they are finding many Americans are between a rock and hard spot. 49% of us do not have enough emergency savings to cover three' months expenses. That is up from 43% from last year.  More than a quarter of us, 28%, have no emergency savings at all. Again that is a slight increase from last year. There might be a slow recovering going on, but it is certainly leaving many of our friends and family members behind.
