CA taking on federal health care reforms

The State of California is now taking on its requirements to the new federal health care reforms. Entrepreneurs and start-ups are big winners. Beginning in 2014 the self-employed will be able to get in on small business health insurance plans. Up till now you had to have two employees, now the brand new entrepreneurs can go it alone and still get affordable care.
